Door Deliveries

Door Deliveries is the first portion of the app where users first interact with the inspection tool. Product is stored in different rooms within the Walmart Distribution centers. This app makes it easy for users to easily select which doors they will start to inspect.

Key Questions

How Might We:

Allow users to easily glance and deep dive through their Purchase Orders?
Allow users to easily assign dispositions?

Create scannable information in terms of different statuses (read, unread, quality risk, no risk) ?
How do allow users to view spec information for each item?

Object Modeling

Storyboard

1. Truck pulls up to Delivery Door.

2. Delivery Door is lifted to reveal pallets filled w/ items

3. Pallets are unloaded

4. Inspections must be made to Every delivery, but alerts help QC tackle at-risk products first.

5. When an alert is seen, QC will pull a sample to their work station and will use their FDA binder to help the score the product.

6. Once the product is assigned a disposition, QC will either discard or keep the product.

Delivery Door Cards

Users needed a Delivery Doors page That could, at a glance, present key data points such as a progress status bar as well as risk status.

PO Cards

Users needed to know which POs for each door has been reviewed, not reviewed, as well as be able to see the risk status from this level as well.

Items

These item cards allow users to view the spec details that will help them asses and a assign an inspection disposition for the particular item.
